What is Bonded and Insured? We know that we are trustworthy and reliable, but we realize that to the client we are strangers. Bonding is our assurance to you that TLS is a responsible company and holds itself accountable. It guarantees reimbursement to the client for any financial losses caused by fraudulent or dishonest acts by company representatives. Examples include theft, embezzlement, or forgery.
Another way in which TLS shows responsibility is insurance coverage for accidental damage that may occur to your property during the course of normal service. For example, if TLS were to break an object in your home while rendering service, insurance would cover the damages.
